To our loyal customers, friends, family, and community:
As the situation surrounding our industry evolves and by the leadership of Governor Pritzker, we agree that it’s in the best interest of our staff, customers, and community that we temporarily put a hold on all dine-in services. Though we will still be open for delivery through Grubhub and Caviar, and offer curbside pickup, the burden of having no ongoing income for our staff will be great.
We just celebrated our 6 Year Anniversary, and we are so deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way – there’s no way we could have done it without you. We’re also so thankful to our incredible staff, most of which have been with us since the beginning, and have become our family. With our limited capacity to serve customers, most of our employees who rely on our neighbors and community coming in and gathering for dinners, birthdays, etc., will feel the brunt of this in the weeks following.
As a business, we are doing everything we can to make sure our employees can get through the next couple of weeks. However, if you have the means and want to ease their burden a little (or even buy them a beer), please consider donating to our Virtual Tip Jar. ALL proceeds of this fundraiser will go DIRECTLY to HOURLY staff (not salaried staff) to help get through this tough time.
