Pearadox is a high school robotics team based out of Pearland, TX. We compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition, and this year we have qualified for the world championship based on the team's performance! After competing in three district events and a district championship however, we are starting to run low on travel funds. Most of our grants and corporate sponsorship does not allow for funds to be spent on travel, and it can be quite difficult for some families to pay the extra money for travelling. 

With world championship competition days starting at 7 AM and ending as late as 9 PM, we would benefit greatly from staying in hotels within walking distance of the competition. Otherwise, our students are losing potentially 2+ hrs daily for transportation that could be otherwise spent on preparing for competition or getting a good nights rest. 

Any donation you make can help the team reduce the cost of hotel rooms and food for our students or teachers and mentors that donate their money and time (and in many cases, vacation time) to support the team. We want to ensure that no student misses out on the incredible experience of the world championship due to cost, and also want to put our team in the best position to be able to succeed in the fiercest of competitions!
