Help save peanut

Hi everyone,

My name is Alyssa, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for someone who means the world to me -my guniea pig peanut

Peanut is four years old and has been my closest companion through thick and thin. He may be small in size, but he has the biggest personality and an even bigger place in my heart. He’s not just a pet, he’s my family.

Recently, Peanut was diagnosed with bladder stones and had to undergo emergency surgery the very next day which was extremely costly now 3 weeks later the bladder stones have reoccurred and he now needs his second surgery to remove it. His first surgery was incredibly difficult, but Peanut pulled through like the little fighter he is. I’m doing everything I can to give him the best care possible, but the cost of this second surgery is more than I can manage alone right now.

I know some people might think, “It’s just a guinea pig,” but to me, Peanut is everything. He’s been by my side through so much, offering comfort, companionship, and unconditional love. I want to do everything I can to give him a chance at more time, more cuddles, and more of the simple joys he loves—like his favorite veggies and lap time.
