Update on our sweet peaches! (8/4)
She continues to be a medical mystery With that said, she is improving! She does have a very nasty and large wound/lesion on her lower belly that may require surgery. It’s unclear how she got this but we have our feelings about that. We are grateful she is doing better however we are nowhere near out of the woods yet! She has historically done better and then very quickly declined.
Our primary vet and Paws & Claws have been incredible and we are so appreciative of them! We have also been connected to a member of the vet community that has been incredible! She answers all my panicked texts and calls without hesitation despite the time of day!
Thankful for Lucas Anderson and Lorri Starkson for talking me off a wall at several times during this journey
We are thankful for all that donated through the go fund me. Your contributions helped save our girl! As we have ongoing treatment, we will leave that open for anyone who would like to support in that way. As always we welcome thoughts and prayers

Hello family, friends, neighbors, and strangers. We recently adopted Peaches from Paws and Claws on July 1st. Since then, she has been to urgent care twice and now is at the emergency vet. Unfortunately they continue to be unsure of what’s going on with her. I’ll save you from the graphic details but she is a very sick mystery of a kitten. They are doing a CT scan today to try to give us answers. As you can imagine, our hearts are broken seeing our little 3lb spunky girl so sick. For anyone that knows Lucas and I, you know it makes our skin crawl having to ask for financial help however we know the amount of love and support everyone has for us. We have unfortunately reached our max as we have spent thousands. If you are unable to donate, we appreciate your thoughts and prayers more than anything.
