Hello! I’m Amy Noonan, and I own Peaches Bakeshop - a vegan bakery that I currently operate out of my home. I am a trained pastry chef of nearly 10 years and a passionate vegan of even longer! 

In February of this year, I launched a crowdfunding campaign via Indiegogo to raise funds for my brick & mortar. Unfortunately, COVID-19 struck and stay-at-home orders were mandated right in the middle of my campaign, slowing it down a lot.Even so, we managed to raise $10,000 with the generosity of the community! 

The reality is that I cannot make this happen without help. My goal on indiegogo was to raise $50,000, so my goal here is set to $40,000 to make up what we weren’t able to within the campaign length.

I’ve pitched to a handful of investors, but the thing is, they want to make money (can you blame them), and I don’t have grand plans to get rich or expand much beyond a single storefront. My dream is simply to make a living do what I love to do, which is to bake really awesome vegan baked goods. All I need is the money to get on my feet!
