I am the wife of Bishop Richard D Neal on 08/05/2025 at 1:01 pm my husband took his final breath. I am trying to lay my husband to rest peacefully and although this is hard for me to do, I am in need of help from those who know and love him. I am in total disbelief that I am about to bury my husband I would not wish this pain on anyone please continue to lift me my children and grandchildren lifted up in prayer. I am grateful for any help that you can give. I truly thank each and everyone of you for your support and love blessings.
