Peace for Palestine - peaceful protest march to Gaza border

Hi,

I am Elaine, a 48 year old women, Social Worker and mother of two boys, living in Brighton & Hove, UK. I am appealing to you all to help me raise funds to support my participation in the 'March to Gaza'. My approach is humanitarian and non political, driven out of compassion.

This international initiative involves representatives from 35+countries, marching peacefully together from Cairo to the Rafah border, in protest of the devastating siege and war on Palestine.

Very simply, Palestinians are being starved to death.

I am using my voice to amplify to the international community that I, along with hundreds and thousands of others, strongly oppose the actions being perpetrated against the Palestinian people.

The funds I hope to raise will be used to pay for my flight, hostel/budget accommodation and food for me to eat. At no point will the funds I raise be shared with any third party, individuals and/or organisations. No one else will have access to these funds, other than me and I will keep a record, (including receipts, where possible), of money spent.

In turn, I can promise you an update of my progress, as well as a commitment to use my insight and experiences to raise money when I return to the UK, for registered charitable and humanitarian organisations supporting Palestine.

I cannot do this without you.
