Hello, my name is Alondra Pena and this is my family. On April 4th we traveled to my parents home town in Guadalajara, Mexico. On April 6th the unexpected happened. We were involved in a car crash due to someone recklessly driving around a corner. My Nephew Edgar sadly is suffering the worst. He is currently unconscious and on a ventilator. Edgar lost a lot of blood from the accident and had to receive a blood transfusion and have emergency survey on his head due to fluid leaking from his ears. Information is very limited as he was moved to a different hospital. My mother Alma has a broken leg and collar bone and is scheduled to have surgery and treatment for a fractured rib. My uncle was with us as well and will need surgery due to two broken arms. As for my father Pancho and myself, we did not receive any major injuries other then scratches and bruises. Thankful my brother Oscar and sister Alma were able to get on a flight the same day to come help us. We have a long rode to recovery ahead of us and would appreciate any help to cover these unexpected expenses for treatment and surgery this week as well travel experience to get my family back home as soon as possible.
