Help me get a breast reduction

Hi everyone my name is Jasmine and I am 19 years old. I grew boobs from the age of 12 upwards and they have not stopped grown since. It’s been really hard for me growing up having big boobs as a young girl, I have been groomed by older men in my school uniform I’ve been teased I’ve had boys touch me without consent I’ve gone through many sexual harassment issues with people in my past. When I was younger I didn’t realise how much having big boobs would’ve affected my life in the future I thought yes they would stop growing and that was that! Oh how I was wrong I still go through this today where I have random man he follow me down the street staring at my boobs to the point where I genuinely feel uncomfortable and I have to call someone to get my mind off of it. I have been diagnosed with a condition called gigantomastia which is a constant growth in tissue in my breast and it will never stop! The only cure they have for this condition is to get a pressured action and even then I’m not guaranteed as they may grow back. I suffer so much with buying clothes it affects my mental health it affects my anxiety it’s just horrible to live with. And as much as you think it’s a blessing it really isn’t it’s horrible I have constant attention on me when I leave the house whether I wear a tracksuit or a floral top I’m always looked at. I just want to know what it would be like to be normal with a normal size chest by normal size clothes and not spending £50 plus on bras. Due to my mental health I cannot work on the NHS are not providing me with a free pressure duction as Covid is very big right now! I just want to know that when this Covid thing is over that my boobs are all healed and ready to go in a new bra.
