My name is Jim LeDuc and this is the first and only fund-raiser I will ever do in behalf of one of my students. Angela is a uniques student. She is very talented musically. She plays the piano, the violin and at least two other instruments. Angela has very few friends. She is a good student, who is constantly shackled with the chains of student harrassment, mental illness and an unsupportive, disconnected family.

Literally, Angela is alone. She has a strong desire to attend a college that offers music as a major, that would provide her with an opportunity to enhance her love for music and more importantly, to provide her the opportunity to truly express who she really is! Through her music, Angela can escape the harsh realities and suffering of her daily life and be free to express her inner beauty and her desire for reassuring and supportive affirmation and social acceptance.

Angela has not received any scholarships or financial assistance. I believe that she is not able to do so as she simply cannot deal with any further rejection in her life!

I have seen her remove her mask for the first and only time as she performed at a concert with the school Jazz Band. Please help provide my friend Angela with any help you can give, so that she can remove the mask of insecurity and rejection of her past and reveal her true beautiful self through her music!
