Single mother of three, grandmother, dedicated daughter and sister, amazing companion and friend - all of these things describe Deana Nicoll Valenti. Recently, Deana was given the traumatic news of a breast cancer diagnosis requiring months of chemotherapy, surgeries and radiation.

After a year of many highs but also extreme lows, this diagnosis hits hard for her and her entire family. To know Deana is to love her. She can always make you laugh,she puts others before herself, and is the epitome of selflessness. Now is the time that Deana needs our support.

Deana is a paraprofessional in South Plainfield School District and will need to take a leave of absence because kicking cancer’s ass will be her full time job for the near future.

Here is what we need to do: raise funds, a lot of funds. Bills are already accumulating and delaying treatment that our girl needs and is ready for. Cancer is not only evil in what it does to your body, but evil in its cost to her and her family. Whatever funds raised will be used to pay the massive bills that will accumulate as she is fighting this disease.
