Support Kidney Transplant for a Brighter Future

It all started in2014,when I lost my twin sister to the sudden cold hands of death.

Since then,I became hypertensive,I suddenly slumped while doing my house chores on 23rd of September 2018,then I was diagnosed of right hemispheric Stroke as a result of this,my left parts of the body was completely paralysed.

I was later diagnosed of CKD(Chronic Kidney Disease) and as a matter of fact,it's already at stage 5 I.e end stage renal failure.

I have been on twice weekly dialysis for the past 1year my doctor said the only solution is a kidney transplant which is about 30million naira,please assist in anyway you can,thanks
