Hi, 
     I would like to tell you about my nephew Tony Pachas. He is 12 years old and was diagnosed with leukemia on May 8.  My brother, Robert Pachas, and his wife were blessed to have him after 3 years of infertility issues. When they were on the verge of finally giving up, they found out that they were pregnant with him. He is their only son, and only brother to his two younger sisters. He is truly their miracle. I guess even at his young age, he was teaching us never to give up. Even now he is teaching his little sisters to always keep fighting and enjoy life.
      
     Two weeks after his 12th birthday, he was taken to the hospital with unexplained bruises on his body. After some blood work, he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He was admitted into the hospital that same day to begin cancer treatment. 

     He is good spirited, positive and strong willed when he was admitted and he continues to be that way now. 

      Because of his age, he is considered a high risk patient. Due to this, he recieves more lumbar punctures, chemo treatment medications, and has already been in the hospital more then anyone I know up to this point. Even with medical insurance the cost of Tony's cancer treatment is putting a financial strain on his family. 
 
       We are asking anyone that would like to join us in his fight, to please consider it? Whatever you can do to help, be it through donations, prayers, or sharing Tony's fight with cancer would be a big help. The family would greatly appreciate any contributions.
