Although I can’t grow an impressive Moustache, I thought that it would still be a great idea to take part in fundraising for this year’s Movember!

Movember is a charity looking to change the face of men's health on a global scale, focusing on mental health, suicide prevention, prostate and testicular cancer.

The charity alone has helped fund and support 1,320 men’s health projects, and with 55,000 men diagnosed with prostate cancer annually in the UK alone, it is ever more vital to show support.

During the month of November I look to run 150km, raising money along the way.
