Hi, my name is Evan, when I got 6 year old Winnie last summer she had been a breeding dog all of her life. She was loving being part of our family , but suddenly last week she developed an inner ear infection and was given penicillin antibiotics. It has turned out that the penicillin has caused an auto immune reaction. As a result her skin around her eyes, the inside of her mouth, her paw pads, and other soft areas are peeling away, leaving her unable to eat or drink and filled with infection. Since Monday she has been receiving fantastic care at Bristol specialist vets. They are doing all they can to save her and she is fighting hard to keep going. She has pet insurance, but it is no where near enough to cover the current cost and ongoing treatment that could save her life. I am never one to ask for anything but your help would enable me and my family to pay for her treatment. Any contributions would be gratefully received.
