This year I'm taking part in the 10K MoRun (thought I had signed up to the Glasgow 10K, but here we are).

I will be raising money in memory of my Nana (Alzheimer's Scotland); my cousin David (Beatson Cancer Charity) and my cousin Derek (Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation).

The money raised will be split equally between the three charities.
