Hello everyone,

This is my sweet boy, Astro.

I found him in the desert when he was just two months old and of course took him home with me. He is now 6 years old and his life thus far has been an active one, full of adventures and good times with his sister, Laika. Hiking, swimming, camping.. he loves it all. Unfortunately, adventuring has been out of the question and he now spends a lot of time at home.

Astro has recently been diagnosed with hip dysplasia and a torn CCL, which has made even simple movements painful. While he’s currently on pain management, surgery is the only way to truly help him live a comfortable, active life again.

Ultimately, the cost of surgery is more than I can handle at this time.. Any support—whether it’s a donation or a share— would mean the absolute world to us.

We all just want to see his happy, wiggly and hoppy self get back to normal again.
