On May 19, 2013 God blessed Kayne and Jennifer Hammond with a beautiful baby boy.   They named him Jacob Evan Hammond.  
Jacob was born pre-mature with many health issues.  He spent the first 8 months of his life in the hospital with his parents at his side.    Jacob was finally allowed to join his parents and siblings (5) at home.   Jacob was a happy baby and loved to play with his brother and sisters.   However, he was in and out of the hospital regularly.
On March 17, 2015, God called Jacob home.   His family is devistated but trying to remain strong. 
Jacob's parents, Kayne and Jennifer, are left with heafty medical bills due to Jacob's treatment,  unplanned funeral cost,  living expenses, and 5 wonderful children.  
We ask that you look into your hearts and help the Hammond family during their time of need.
