The last couple of years have been great for the LGBT community but there is still much to be done. The Community Center is facing exceptional expenses this year for a stage ($1235) and extra sound and lighting expenses($800) for the festival due to the Downtown Plaza renovations.  We also have had unexpected roof ($600) and AC ($632) repairs and we need to replace one of the AC units which has a bad compressor ($2300 est.) and our property taxes ($6296) are due in November.
