This is Púca. He's the sweetest, most adorable little miscreant of a kitten, who decided to eat Things That Are Very Much Not Kitten Food and ended up having emergency surgery yesterday afternoon (10/24/2022) to have them removed from his intestines so he didn't die. While they were operating, the emergency vet also performed the surgery that he was already being scheduled for with his regular vet due to an extremely rare medical condition, which is great, but also added additional costs to the bill. Unfortunately, after several other unexpected significant expenses recently, the cost of two emergency vet visits in 12 hours, diagnostics, surgery, etc., has zeroed out my personal bank and savings accounts. I don't have a credit card, so this has all been coming out of pocket and left me scrambling for other ways to cover the immediate costs of saving his furry little life, on top of the normal costs of day to day life. As I live on a limited fixed income and my partner has been out of work for several months, this has reached the point where I need to ask for help. Several folks suggested I go this route, so here I am.
Funds from this will be used to cover the costs needed for his care, as well as repaying the money I had to borrow from other sources before they could admit him.
