In need of your assistance

Hello friends, my name is Edwin. I am humbly asking for any assistance to get back on my feet with these bills. Everything started on March 7th, 2024. I went into the hospital that morning for a routine foot procedure, little did I know, my life would be changed forever. I was given anasticia and shortly after, i went into cardiac arrest. TWICE. Thanks to the quick response of the medical staff, they were able to bring me back by performing CPR. I was hospitalized a total of 3 weeks and now have to take 10 pills a morning, along with insulin, and wear a life vest with an AED connected to it. I have not worked since March 6th and just recently found out that I am ineligible for disability benefits. I am cleared to go back to work on June 28, however, I have accumilated co-pays for Dr appointments and prescription medication, phone is disconnected, car insurance is about to be cancelled, and havent been able to see my son who lives an hour away.
