Hello,

tomorrow I will running the GNR half marathon.

This year I have decided to try raise a bit of money towards the Ted Southward Fund.

This fund was set up in memory of an amazing young man who was sadly taken much too soon!

His family raise money in all sorts of ways in memory of their special young man to give back to children in the community in honour of Ted.

If you could spare a few pounds to contribute towards this amazing cause I would be very grateful.

Ted was a kind, thoughtful and talented young man and I will be thinking of him during my run tomorrow taking inspiration from his true determination to achieve anything he set his mind to.
