Hello everyone ! My name is Vince Castro and I've set up this fundme page to raise money for Missions trips involving my church at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills. I believe that starting this year, the Lord will have me participate and go to several missions trips, the first one going to the Philippines. All the money raised will be for expenses including travel, lodging, materials for evangilizing and giveaways. Please note that I have requested $5,000.00 as an aggregate amount and this is for all upcoming Mission trips; each one having its own separate cost. I know this amount is surely a low estimate for the whole year's trips.
Just a little something about me... I was born in the Philippines in the island of and in the the city of Cebu - the 2nd largest city in the country. I have been back to my country a couple of times on tourist visits but this would be my first on a Christian Mission program. I truly and humbly believe that I am going in faith and that God called me and He has prepared the path I'm about to walk into for good works and that He will supply all my needs. As I step forward in faith, I believe God will bless this trip and also God will bless you by partaking in this Harvest trip with your giving. The Bible says in Romans 10:14-15 (NKJV)
14 "How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:
“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!"
It is so amazing that you can be part of Sending me with the team as we represent Christ.
The Philippines Mission trip will be March 12th to March 29th 2016. The funds needed for the trip is $2,560.00 USD, which $100.00 deposit I have already turned in, and $1,000.00 is due Jan 31st and $1460.00 is due Feb 7th. This includes all travel, lodging and meals. This trip will primarily be close to Manila and more updates to be posted in the near future.
I am truly thankful that you would consider and take part by helping me raise funds for this first (and future) Evangelistic trip - surely the Harvest is plentiful and we ought to partake in the labor.
So, my family and friends, please give generously as the Lord puts in your heart and help send me with my church's missions trips. Jesus Christ is Lord !
