Heya everyone, it's Howl and normally I am not one to ask for something so precious as money due to the trying times we live in. However, due to the abrupt nature of this emergency, I feel there's no harm in at least trying receive help.

Very recently, my PC started emitting all sorts of errors and I have conducted every single type of troubleshooting you can think of, with the assistance of IT professional friends. We've concluded that the GPU suffers from silicone degradation, the CPU has started to choke and the Motherboard overall has suffered heat damage. In hindsight, this was bound to happen eventually, considering the system is about 7 years old but I was somewhat hoping it would've happened a bit later, after the timing was a bit better. Instead of individually replacing the parts, we've concluded it would be cheaper to purchase a pre-built as opposed to home-built.

My PC is more than just for gaming, it's where I do my studies to be an educator (English and History), it's how I keep in touch with my mental health support (Professional and Social) and, overall, where I keep my memories. The timing of this couldn't have been worse as it came when we're trying to move houses due to the property being sold/to be knocked down. I've been unable to land a job since the store I worked at also was shut down abruptly. Among myriad other issues that just make this such an exasperating time.

The goal is to save as much as possible ahead of Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Christmas time (Due to there oftentimes being discounts) to try and nab something within a reasonable price. If you are able to contribute anything, that would be incredible and I would repay that kindness through the community as much as I can. And if you're from the FF14 community, I'll owe you one that you can hold onto and remind me whenever you want! ♥
