Dear family and friends,

With deep sorrow yet with faith in God's goodness, we share that our beloved Reynaryl Ochangco Hernandez (Rhey) has peacefully joined her Creator. She lived her life with courage, kindness, and unwavering trust in the Lord. Even in her hardest moments, she held firmly to her favourite verse: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13) Her strength, grace, and faith continue to inspire everyone who knew her.

Rhey was rushed to Mt. Sinai Hospital in May 2025 where doctors informed us that she had renal cancer. On Oct 2nd, doctor's performed a successful 12-hour surgery at Toronto General Hospital where 99% of the cancer was removed. Unfortunately, there were complications during her recovery post-surgery and the remaining cancer had spread to her brain. Rhey passed away on Nov 30th at Toronto General Hospital surrounded by her loving friends and family.

While our hearts ache, we rejoice knowing she is now at rest in the loving presence of Christ.
