On February 9, 2026, Tony Valdez will be undergoing a laminectomy with discectomy, which is a spinal surgery for bulging and herniated discs in three separate areas. This surgery will aim to relieve pressure in his spinal cord and nerves while also removing portions of the damaged and bulging discs.

As many know, Tony is an active individual, and this injury has led him to not be able to do much as he can barely walk. We are hoping this surgery will provide Tony relief and he can start doing things he enjoys once again.

With such an extensive surgery and the line of work that Tony does, he will be unable to work for up to 4 months. During this time, Tony will not be receiving a paycheck as he has not been at his job for over a year and does not have short-term disability.

Any funds received will go directly towards household bills to ensure Tony can focus on healing instead of worrying about how things will be paid.
