Gainako since its inception on September 12th 2006, with its motto “Guardianship & Independence,” strives to be the voice of the voiceless, for Gambia in particular and Africa in general. Together we will be the beacon of hope for all our citizens and beyond.
We are dedicated to press freedom, human rights for all and restoration of Democracy in Gambia. Supporting the radio means contributing your part to empowering our people and uplifting our society. We take our corporate social responsibilities very seriously and will endeavor to empower and support people who face the brunt of Jammeh's dictatorship and human rights abuses.
