My name is Judy Kline, 87 years old. I have a service dog named Hally, medium sized poodle. I took her to be groomed in Portsmouth NH. Hally went in happy and was on all 4 legs walking fine. When I picked her up, she was now on 3 legs and couldn't walk. Took her to the vet the next day. X-rays show a very bad torn ACL, right hind leg. Hally needs surgery to walk again. I need $6,900. It can't heal itself. I need her to pull my wheelchair and fetch my things. I have attached to vet's estimate.
