In Memory of Glenda Samuels-Greenidge

With heavy hearts and a deep sense of loss, we share the news that

after a 2 year battle, our beloved Glenda Samuels-Greenidge passed

away from lung cancer on October 21, 2023. Glenda was a cherished

member of our family, church and community and we are now faced with

the daunting task of saying goodbye.

Glenda was a woman of faith who lived out God’s mission to spread

love. A gentle soul whose smile lit up every room as she brought Peace,

Love and Kindness to everyone she met. As the primary income earner

for the household, she was determined to return back to work in June

when her cancer sadly began to spread. Even though Glenda and

Richard did their best to plan for the inevitable, they were still recovering

from the huge impact that Covid-19 had on their finances when she

passed.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 27 years Richard, and their 3

beautiful children Chayah, Joshua and Joseph. As we come to terms

with this tragic loss, we are reaching out to our friends, family and

community for support in giving Glenda the dignified farewell she

deserves and to alleviate the financial burden that has fallen upon us

during this difficult time.

Glenda will be deeply missed by every single person who knew her. May

the memory of her kind, wonderful soul live on forever.

weeks, and months ahead.
