Nestor P. Reyes fell on 2/21/15 and suffered a very bad traumatic brain injury. He is currently in a vegetative state. He has gone through a lot this past month. We wish he would wake up from this nightmare and talk to us. We are told that his prognosis is very poor and he would not do much but lay in bed and open his eyes. He is suffering from his kidneys and getting dialysis which it is not consid
er appropriate in a person with his condition. His breathing has improved and in the near future we hope he is completely off the ventilator. He is fed through a G-tube. He is not in the ICU as of yesterday but is currently in a less intensive area getting the same treatment. My dad was a very healthy 72 yr old man. He is a great dad, husband, grandfather, friend, employee, neighbor, etc. We miss him dearly. We wish he would wake up and talk to us. He deserved to live many more quality years. Please keep him in your prayers!
