Paying TWO of the hefty court fines imposed on me

Hi, my name in Stefania, I'm a mother of two boys, a yoga teacher and a woman who is deeply concerned about the impacts of the climate emergency on our lives right now and in the future.
After years of protest, a big part of my monthly income is still paying fines for my actions with Insulate Britain and Just Stop Oil. If you can stand with me and make a donation, it would make a big difference for me and my family. Thank you for your help. Here is my story…
Some impacts of the climate crisis are now unavoidable, but every percentage of a degree of warming counts and will cause pain and destruction for more people. Every human counts. Our children count.
This is why I decided to act and have been arrested 14 times. First I took to the streets with Extinction Rebellion, then I was part of Insulate Britain demanding that the UK government insulate British, a no brainer demand. I was arrested four times with Just Stop Oil supporting the other no brainer demand, that we stop licensing NEW gas and oil fields.
I had many trials, in magistrate and in crown court, many days of lost income, many fines, 280 hours of community unpaid work, and lost job opportunities with big charities that could not look past my criminal record.
I currently have four suspended sentences for a total of months I would spend in prison if I dared to go out on the streets again, because these days, no type of protest is safe.
They have changed the rules for the police to arrest us more easily with the UK now being considered by the UN human rights watch as a place where human rights are eroded quickly. They have changed the rules within the courts to take away from us admissible defences for our actions.
