Paying Tribute to the Chan Family

Hello, my name is Jeffrey Chan, and I am creating this GoFundme on behalf of my beloved Family.

My family has always been the type to give and be there for others, but they are afraid to ask others for help. However, I will break that spell today and drop my Ego and Pride. Over the past couple of years, life has been a living, walking nightmare.

My dad passed in 2020 due to Lung Cancer; later that year, my grandma died from pancreatic cancer, then a couple of months later, my brother-in-law passed from Liver Failure (my sister's husband). We had a year or two to grieve and heal, only to find out that recently my sister had been diagnosed with Colon Cancer.

Today is where I broke down and was at my wit's end when I found out my dog passed away just an hour before I got to see him. He was a beautiful precious three-legged Beagle hound dog who fought for 16 years. My life has been full of regrets, and I can't think of any other way to help my family right now.

As you all know, Medical bills and Funeral costs racked up over these years, and my poor mom lost one family member after another. She spent the past few years taking care of everyone, spending all the money she had saved for decades, staying overnight at hospitals, and driving people back and forth to different medical specialists. She is such a strong woman, and I hope she can finally enjoy the rest of her life at 70 years old. As the black sheep of the family, I hope to do something right for once and give back to my family.

I know times are rough right now, but any amount of donations will help. This isn't very comfortable for me to ask, but I am at a breaking point where I don't have many options. The funds will go to all the medical and funeral costs over the years, including the recent passing of my dog Scrappy.
