Shyam Patel
February 23, 1996 to September 1, 2021
None of us can believe we’re writing or reading this. Shyam was a son, brother, and a true friend that anyone would be more than lucky to have. Shyam grew up in Nutley NJ, where he made friendships that would last a lifetime. He eventually graduated Nutley High School in 2014. Shyam then focussed on taking over his fathers business and was a super hard working individual. He had large goals and dreams which were unfortunately cut short.
Shyam had a strong enthusiasm for cars, fitness, marvel, Dragonball Z, and even started hosting his own podcast show, and many other activities. He was a physically and mentally strong person, who was a man of his word and felt strongly in his own beliefs. A friendly debate was always guaranteed to end with laughs and jokes.
On September 1st, 2021, our dear friend Shyam was one of the victims who’s life was lost due to flooding during Hurricane Ida. We will always remember Shyam for his playful demeanor, sheer friendliness, and a smile that could light up a room with good vibes. This Donation was created by his closest friends, Steve, James, Mike, Marshall, Anthony, and Bobby to help his family with the service/arrangement bills during this unimaginable time. Every little bit helps. To our brother Shyam, we are heart broken and we’ll love you forever. Race in Paradise brother.
Our deepest condolences go to his family and friends. A life taken far too young.
