Hello, my name is Victoria Tatum, and I am fundraising for my dad, Serafin Ybarra III. My mother, Rosalinda Ybarra, passed away peacefully at her home with her family nearby on November 22, 2022. We want to give my mother the funeral she deserves and honor her memory.
