Paying tribute to Rosa Castillo-Luevanos

The beloved Rosa Castillo-Luevanos recently passed on Friday, February 17, 2023. Rosa was a wonderful sister, mother, grandmother, tia, and friend who touched the lives of everyone around her.

Rosa dedicated her life to her family. She was born in Mexico City on May 17, 1953 and married the late Enrique Castillo Sr. in 1974. Together they raised 3 wonderful children and 4 incredible grandchildren.

Rosa loved the Los Angeles Dodgers, coffee, novelas, Christmas, talking with her siblings every day, working on puzzles or in her yard, the color turquoise, action movies, madeleines cookies, pistachio ice cream, the movie Ghost, fun trips to the casino and always had time for chisme.

The Castillo family is devastated by the loss of Rosa and would like to give her the memorial she deserves; to honor her memory and say a last goodbye.
