Our brother was one of a kind. He was gifted and talented. He had a passion for music since he was a kid. He owned his first guitar at the age of 10. He enjoyed playing a variety of music and being a part of different genre of bands. Some songs even made it to the radio. Anywhere you saw Robert, you saw his guitar. If you saw a guitar, then you saw Robert! Playing the guitar was what he was definitely known for and loved to do!
Our brother was our protector and our defender. He was always there when we needed him. Whether to vent, cry, or just to have a good time. He loved to cook and grill and get us to try his new recipes. (Hope you like your food spicy!) He was one of our best friends. No matter what happened, we knew we always had each other. But one thing we admired most about him, was not just his love for music but his love of being an Uncle. He was Tio Robert, that soon changed to Toto, as his oldest nephew would call him and the name stuck. He loved his nieces and nephews beyond measure! He was the fun uncle and took the kids fishing, another thing he loved to do. He showed them how to play the piano and the guitar. Throw the ball around, and made up songs for every kid just for them.
Losing our brother was the unimaginable. It has left a big whole in our hearts and in our lives. We mostly ask for prayers for strength, as it has left us truly heart broken. But if you are able to donate for his services, anything would be of help. If not, your love and prayers are enough.
Sincerely,
Brenda & Faby Guerrero
