Paying tribute to Phyllis

 

Family and Friends:

 

I am sure you all know by now my mother Phyllis Prew suddenly passed away on March 13th. Although, she had been dealing health issues for a few years, this was so sudden, and we are devastated.

 

My mother raised three kids; alone and was still my brother Jamael and sister Jada’s primary caretaker.

Anyone who knew her knew she had a heart of gold; she would do anything to help the ones she loved. She loved her kids, her granddaughter, and her mother with every bit of her being.

 

This wasn’t supposed to happen, she was only 58. I just hope that she can rest in peace knowing I am going to step in for Jamael and Jada.

She is pain free and her suffering is over, as the grief sets in for my family.

 

I am raising money for my family as her passing was completely unexpected. My goal of 9k is to contribute to her wake and funeral services.
