On Thursday March 7th a special person was taken from us in a car accident.
Michael Blankenship, a son, friend, brother and most importantly, a terrific father was involved in a fatal car accident with a semi truck.
Michael dedicated his life to his 13 year old daughter, Ava. A day did not go by without them talking or seeing each other. They shared more than the father daughter bond, they were best friends.
This is a tragedy for all of us. His family and friends are asking for help with funeral costs and travel expenses. Any donation is greatly appreciated. The goal is to lay Michael to rest next to his mother in Illinois.
