Paying tribute to Matthew Hogan
Donation protected
Matthew Stephen Hogan- our beloved, sweet, caring brother was called Home after battling 8 years of renal failure.
Matthew was one of the kindest, most gentle souls you ever met. He made everyone smile in his short 34 years here on Earth.
He fought tirelessly, spent years in and out of hospitals and after a long fight, is no no longer suffering.
Our parents were with him every step of the way and with him at home during his last moments. Parents are never prepared to lose a child and all of the emotional and financial stress that comes along with it. Our Mother, Kathy, had to quit her job and take care of Matthew full time. Our Dad, Steve, was forced to take funds out of every account including his 401K to help pay for medical bills.
As hard as it is to ask for help, my sister and I are reaching out to help cover funeral expenses and aid our parents during this very difficult time.
Matthew was the most innocent and genuine people in my life. He always put everyone else's needs first. My sister and I are now putting our parents needs first, and in doing so, we are humbly asking for help- prayers or monetary.
We are asking for prayers first to our family as we grieve. We have peace knowing Matt is not in pain, looking down upon us, probably watching his favorite thing of all time- WWE wrestling.
If you would like to contribute in any small way financially, we are incredibly grateful.
God bless anyone for reading and we honor Matthew Stephen Hogan forever and always.
