On November 7, 2021 just short of his 29th birthday Jake was called home to be with the lord.

The family is heartbroken and devistated with the loss of this amazing man.

Jacob "Jake" Ortolano was an amazing father, son, brother and friend.

Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Jake knew what a great natured person and beautiful soul he was.

The family would like to keep his sprit alive and celebrate him on his birthday with a candlelight birthday vigil November 17, 2021, location to be determined.
