Paying Tribute to Glori

Hi, My name is John Geyer Black and I started this fundraiser to help cover funeral expenses for My niece Glorianna Navarrete. She was admitted into the ICU late Sunday evening with a bad case of pneumonia, strep throat, and The Flu Virus type A. Her breathing was really bad and she was placed on a ventilator. Her heart stopped pumping fluids and her condition worsened very quickly, the infection traveled to her bloodstream resulting in her becoming septic, and she wasn't responding to any of the medicines they gave to help support her. She wasn't able to become stable enough to get airlifted to Riley in Indianapolis where they had the Ecmo Heart and Lung machine that could have helped save her life.

Unfortunately, early Monday morning Heaven gained a new Angel.

Glori was like a daughter to my Husband and me. She was loved by many. Glori was wise beyond her age, a happy, creative, and giving soul. She always had something funny and witty to say and always had a way of making you laugh. Glori was 12 Years old and was just a month away from turning 13. She was smarter than any kid I have ever known, she was on the Honor Roll. Her quirky soul was just what this world was missing. I watched this girl grow up, and am at a complete loss for words right now.

As this was very a unexpected circumstance I know that any help covering her services is appreciated by the family.
