Paying Tribute To Don Polk " Camden Legend"

On Thursday January 6, 2022, our Camden community suffered such a terrible tragedy with the loss of Camden Basketball Legend Don Polk. Don unfortunately passed away unexpectedly leaving his family with more questions than answers. As we have known him as a pillar in our community, he too was the rock of his family, with his efforts of always making them happy and being a strong provider. Don was a beloved son, father, friend, coach, and mentor to so many young men and women in Camden and far beyond.

 

 

This has devastated our entire family and community, we are humbly asking our community for assistance to express our deep gratitude and appreciation for his service, love, and insight that he so selflessly gave to our community. We are appreciative of any support and prayers extended to the family as we all deal with this overwhelming loss.

 

The family has already received numerous emails , texts, and messages from people asking how to help. So this campaign has been created as a way to keep everyone up-to-date with arrangements and also offer a place for messages and donations to be left to support the family, as a way to give as Don has given to so many.
