Paying Tribute to Coach Val Araujo

With very heavy hearts, we are deeply saddened to inform you of the recent unexpected passing of our long time founder, coach, member, and friend; Val Araujo at St. Michael Futebol Club. Val loved everything about this club and every player who came to play here. He had such a huge impact on so many young and older player's lives that his legacy will continue to live on through each and every one of those players he had the opportunity to coach. He will be greatly missed by so many in the soccer community and he will be remembered for many years to come.

 

At this time, we would like to set up this fundraising campaign to assist the Araujo family with the unexpected expenses associated with the services and anything else they may need at this time. All donations will be donated in the form of a single check written out by St. Michael Futebol Club to the Araujo family. Any donation amount would be greatly appreciated and we would like to thank everyone in advance for their love and support during this tough time. Our thoughts and prayers will always be with the Araujo family. ⚽️
