Chiara – Beloved Mother, Partner, Sister, Daughter, Aunt, and Friend

On Sunday, the 19th of October, Chiara tragically lost her life due to an unexpected medical event. Her sudden passing has left her family, friends, and community heartbroken.

Chiara was a devoted partner to Nahum and the proud mum of 21-month-old Anakin — her entire world. She poured her heart and soul into motherhood. From the very beginning, Chiara was a natural. She embraced this journey wholeheartedly and thrived in her role. Ani’s life has been filled with love, laughter, and joy — a reflection of the home Chiara created. She also loved her two furbabies Hinata and Finn.

Chiara dedicated over 16 years of her life to working and volunteering in the disability sector. She supported countless individuals with compassion, strength, and tireless commitment. She was creative, fearless, and deeply driven — never taking no for an answer when advocating for those in her care. Chiara was a fierce ally for the people she supported.

Outside of work, Chiara loved to travel, go on adventures, attend live music events, and spend time with friends and family. Most of all, she loved being a mum.

Chiara made a lasting impact on everyone she met in her short 30 years. Her sudden passing has come as a profound shock, especially to her close family & friends.

This fundraiser is an opportunity for those who loved and knew Chiara to give back — helping her family cover funeral expenses and, if possible, provide financial support for Anakin to live the joyful and full life that Chiara envisioned.
