Chan Mean has passed away on May 13, 2022 and is survived by his wife Thy and their children Calvin and Kiara. The family is in shocked and saddened by this unexpected loss. Chan was a bright spark in this world and has been a rock to his family. He will be truly missed and never forgotten. He has touched the lives of many around him. We want to help his wife and children during this hard time.
