These funds will be used for funeral and burial fee's. Any additional funds will be used to settle Brice's personal finances and for his son Bri'shawn. Brice died in his sleep. The cause of his death is still being determined. Brice was a guy if you've met him you'll never forget the amazing experience and how he made you feel.
