Some people pray for patience, but for our dad, it was a gift. I never knew anyone could be so patient, no matter the circumstance, his patience was unfailing. He always had a really good listening ear and consistently gave good counsel. Most of all, he loved God and his family. His illness and rapid decline left us unprepared to deal with the fact that we will have to say goodbye to him at any moment. His doctors have informed us that there is nothing more they can do. This unexpected turn in his health came on suddenly and we are unprepared for the financial burden that his final expenses would put on our family in this time of grief. We are asking for your help and financial support to give our father the burial he deserves.
