Paying tribute to Anika Dahlia Sandstrom

Anika Dahlia Sandstrom tragically passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the age of 21. Anika was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister and friend who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind her beautiful 5 month old daughter, Kahlia, and she also is survived by her loving parents and her three siblings.

Anika most recently started a new life dedicated to being an amazing mother to her beautiful baby girl. She embraced motherhood with excitement and open arms. Her vibrant love for Kahlia was evident with each passing milestone in her young life.

We are heartbroken for everyone who knew our beloved Anika. She was a genuine, kind, loving person. She loved music and was always excited to share new songs with her family. This loss is devastating for everyone in Anika’s life. We would like to help the family cover some of the costs of the memorial services and additionally help provide for Kahlia’s future.

We are setting up the Go Fund Me to help the family with the unexpected funeral costs and to help with baby Kahlia’s future. We are hoping to raise $20,000. In Lieu of Flowers, please donate to this Go Fund Me for Anika. This money, however the amount, will go a long way to help them.
