Amber passed away suddenly this week. Our hearts are with her husband, Alfredo, and her three beloved children, Emilio, Julia and Desi as they deal with the shock and the grief. There is an old saying that "it takes a village to raise a child". We are lucky to live in our Green Valley ‘village’ and were blessed to have Amber as one of our most active village leaders. She was devoted to her family but also made the time to be a deeply involved school volunteer, a sports mom, a carpool driver, and a girl scout troop leader. She was a constant presence in the community, and she always gave her all. She touched the lives of so many families and without a doubt, has made this community a better and more beautiful place to call home.

We would like to help Amber’s family now as they come to terms with this devastating loss. I have started this gofundme to help them offset some of the costs for Amber's funeral and services.
