Paying tribute to Junior Villalta

It is with great sadness to find out that one of our team members, Nelba, just lost her son, Junior, in an auto accident. Nelba has been working at Budacai since we opened 3 years ago and she is like family to us. Before working at Budacai, Nelba worked at multiple restaurants in downtown Raleigh. If you have eaten at a restaurant in downtown Raleigh, she probably helped prepared your food. Nelba is a hardworking mother working multiple jobs to support her family. Junior was her eldest son, her pride and joy. He was the best brother and son a family could ask for and they are lost without him. To say that they are shocked is an understatement and unfortunately Nelba and her family are not prepared to pay for funeral services at this time. The staff at Budacai would like to reach out to everyone to help cover the costs of the funeral and memorial services for Junior’s family as his passing was completely unexpected.
